The film is about Mr. Benigni' Family life in the World WarII. After Guido(Roberto Benigni) who was a book-sellsman had got married a beautiful teacher (Nicoletta Braschi), they had a clever son Giosu(Giorgio Cantarni). Later, the German Nazi armies came into the village Guido's family live in. The family with a lot of villagers were sent to the Nazi concertation camp. In order that the son could still feel safely and happy, the great father began pretenting to play a game with his son...... Really, the moive of "Life is beautiful" is a very fascinating movie.
